CREMA AL LIMONCELLO

Rubata ad un amico e rielaborata. Ingredienti per 4 persone

5 cucchiailimoncello
2.5 dl panna
2 cucchiaizucchero a velo
1 cucchiaioliquore dolce a piacere
1 limone
Cannella
Noce moscata

Preparazione:

  1. montare a neve ferma la panna, unendo lo zucchero a velo
  2. incorporare il liquore, il limoncello, un pizzico di Noce moscata e mescolare delicatamente per non smontare la panna
  3. tagliare a Julienne la buccia del limone ed unirla alla crema
  4. versare in 4 coppe la crema e spolverizzare con la Cannella
  5. tenere in freezer per 15 minuti e servire
