CREMA ALLA FRUTTA ESOTICA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 tuorli
3 dl latte
6 cucchiai zucchero
2 cucchiaini fecola
1 mango
2 papaie
cocco disidratato
Menta fresca
1 ananas piccolo
150 g panna montata
3 cucchiai Rum

Tagliare a dadini il mango, l'ananas, e una papaia. Unire 2 cucchiai di zucchero, il Rum e un pizzico di cocco e far riposare 30'. Montare i tuorli con 4 cucchiai di zucchero, unire la fecola e il latte. Addensare la crema sul fuoco, far raffreddare e incorporare la frutta e la panna montata. Mettere in frigo, decorare con la papaia a fette e la Menta
