CREMA AL CIOCCOLATO

Ingredienti:

150

g zucchero
2 cucchiai cacao
3 rossi uovo
75 g farina
25 g burro
1/2 l latte
vaniglia

Lavorare lo zucchero con le uova, amalgamare bene e aggiungere la farina e un po'di vaniglia.

Versare il cacao nel latte, farlo bollire, unire le uova, lasciar bollire per alcuni minuti mescolando e levare dal fuoco.

Far raffreddare la crema, metterla nelle singole coppe e servire.
