boccale panna
3 once zucchero
1 oncia cedro grattugiato
8 biscottini
alcune mandorle amare
un po' fiori d'arancio
8 rossi d'uovo

Fate cuocere su di un fornello la panna con lo zucchero, il cedro, i biscottini e gli Amaretti pestati e le mandorle tritate, poi aggiungere i fiori d'arancio ed i rossi d'uovo ben sbattuti. Passare al setaccio e far cuocere a bagnomaria.
