COPPETTE GO-GO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

400 g mascarpone
100 g zucchero vanigliato
3 tuorli
1 albume
50 g cacao in povere
Cognac
Rum
15 Amaretti

Mescolare i tuorli con lo zucchero e 1/2 bicchiere di Rum; amalgamare al composto l'albume montato a neve. Dividere la crema in due parti e ad una parte aggiungere il cacao. Inzuppare gli Amaretti nel cognac e disporli sul fondo di 6 coppette, coprirli con uno strato di crema gialla e uno di crema al cioccolato. Tenere in frigo 30' prima di servire.
