COPPE ALLO YOGURT

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 uova
5 cucchiai zucchero
100 g Amaretti
250 g yogurt doppia panna
1 banana

Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero fino a che non saranno spumosi. In una Terrina mescolare la crema con gli Amaretti ridotti in polvere e la banana sbucciata e frullata, poi, sempre mescolando, incorporare lo yogurt. Suddividere il tutto in 4 coppe, mettere in frigorifero per circa 1 ora, decorare ogni coppa con un Amaretto intero e servire.
