COPPE AL LIMONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

3 uova
100 g zucchero
1 limone
3 fogli colla di pesce
scorze di limone candite

Montare a spuma i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire il succo e la scorza grattugiata del limone, i fogli di colla di pesce ammorbiditi e sciolti con il succo di limone, due albumi montati a neve e mescolare bene.

Mettere nelle singole coppe, tenere in frigorifero per 2 ore, decorare con scorzette di limone candite e servire.
