COPPE GUSTOSE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g ricotta
100 g zucchero
80 g cioccolato fondente
200 g frutta candita
Rum
10 Savoiardi
1 cucchiaio latte

Sbriciolare finemente i biscotti e distribuirli in 4 coppe, quindi spruzzarli abbondantemente di Rum. In una Terrina amalgamare ricotta e latte e, continuando a mescolare, incorporare lo zucchero, 2 cucchiai di Rum e il cioccolato a scaglie. Distribuire il composto nelle coppe sui biscotti.
