COPPE DI CREMA AL CAFFE`

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

250 g burro
250 g zucchero
1 tuorlo d'uovo
1 tazza caffè forte
qualche biscotto
1 bicchierino Rhum
1/2 bicchierino cognac
ciliegine candite

Sbattere bene lo zucchero, il burro e il tuorlo. Ottenere una crema, aggiungere il caffè freddo e i liquori. Sbriciolare nelle coppe i biscotti e versare la crema. Guarnire con ciliegine e panna montata a piacere e mettere in frigorifero.
