BUDINO DI RICOTTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g ricotta
200 g zucchero
1 bustina zucchero vanigliato
1 cucchiaio farina
150 g frutta candita a dadini
scorza di 1 arancia gratugiata
3 uova
pangrattato per lo stampo
burro per lo stampo

Lavorare la ricotta con lo zucchero e con lo zucchero vanigliato. Unire la farina, la frutta candita, la scorza di arancia, 3 tuorli e 3 albumi montati a neve. Versare il composto in uno stampo imburrato e cosparso di pangrattato e cuocere in forno a 180o per 50'. Servire tiepido.
