BUDINO DI PESCHE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

1 kg pesche
200 g Amaretti
5--6 biscotti secchi
200 g zucchero
2 uova
marmellata di pesche
Gin

Sbucciare le pesche, affettarle e schiacciarle con una forchetta in una Terrina, unire lo zucchero, gli Amaretti sbriciolati e le uova sbattute. Imburrare uno stampo da budino, spolverizzarlo con i biscotti sbriciolati, riempirlo con il composto di pesche e infornare per circa 45 minuti. Far freddare, sformare, coprire con la marmellata diluita con il Gin e servire Provenienza: RAI Televideo 23/08/1992
