BUDINO DI PERE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 pere
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco
4 cucchiai zucchero
poco Rhum (facoltativo)
200 g pane raffermo
latte
50 g uvetta
4 uova
50 g burro
pangrattato fine
farina

Mettere in pentola le pere a fettine, 2 cucchiai di zucchero, vino e acqua fino a coprirle. Cuocere piano per 30'. Ammorbidire nel latte caldo il pane a pezzi, passarlo al setaccio, unire l'uvetta infarinata, Rhum, 30 g di burro fuso, le pere e le uova sbattute con 1 cucchiaio di zucchero. Versare l'impasto in uno stampo imburrato e cosparso di pangrattato e zucchero e cuocere a bagnomaria in forno a 180' C per circa 5--6'.
