BUDINO DI PANNA MONTATA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

200 g biscotti Savoiardi
1/2 l panna liquida
4 cucchiai zucchero a velo
1 bustina vaniglia
Rhum
canditi

Montare la panna, unire lo zucchero e la vaniglia. Foderare uno stampo da budino con i biscotti, spruzzarli con il Rhum, riempire con la panna, coprire con uno strato di biscotti sempre spruzzati di liquore e mettere in freezer per circa 2 ore. Capovolgere il dolce, guarnire con i canditi e servire.
