BUDINO FERRANDO 

Si prende Mezzo litro di latte, vi si immergono 4 Amaretti a pezzi e vi si lasciano per mezz'ora. In una padella si mettono 4 uova, 4 cucchiai di zucchero, 4 di cacao e 4 di latte. Si unisce poi il tutto al latte, si mette in uno stampo esi fa cuocere a bagnomaria.
