Si prende 1/2 litro di latte e ci si inzuppano 2 michette di pane raffermo. Poi quando il pane ha assorbito il latte si fa passare al setaccio.

Si mettono in una casseruola e vi si aggiungono 5 cucchiai di cioccolata in polvere, 5 di zucchero scarsi e due rossi d'uovo, poi i bianchi montati a neve.

Si prepara uno stampo imburrato e infarinato e si mette il contenuto; si fa cuocere a bagnomaria per un'ora a fuoco sopra.
