BUDINO DI CIOCCOLATO ALLA NEVE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

220 g cioccolato fondente
145 g zucchero
1 cucchiaio farina
4 uova
2 albumi
zucchero a velo
1 noce burro
frutta

Sciogliere il cioccolato. Lavorare 4 tuorli di uovo con lo zucchero, unire la farina, il cioccolato e gli albumi montati a neve. Imburrare uno stampo, infarinarlo e versarvi il composto.

Cuocere in forno caldo a 160o per 25 minuti. Far raffreddare, sformare il budino, spolverizzare con zucchero a velo e guarnire a piacere con frutta.
