BUDINO DI BURRO 

Ingredienti:

150

g burro
6 cucchiai farina
sale
1 l latte
6 uova

Sciogliere il burro, unire la farina ed il sale e poi a poco a poco un litro di latte e si fa cuocere.

Si aggiungono 6 uova intere e si mette in uno stampo imburrato ed infarinato e si fa cuocere a bagnomaria per circa un'ora.
