Dosi per 4:

2 banane grosse
2 uova
100 g zucchero
1/2 l latte
40 g farina
1 arancia

Sbattete i tuorli con lo zucchero fino a ottenere una crema spumosa e chiara, unite la farina e il latte caldo continuando a mescolare con un cucchiaio di legno. Mettete sul fuoco a bagnomaria fino a quando diventerà densa e continuate a mescolare. Frullate le banane col succo d'arancia e versate nella crema quando sarà tiepida. Amalgamate versate il composto in uno stampo per budini e mettete in frigo 5--6 ore.
