BUDINO

Ingredienti:

3

cucchiai grissini pestati
3 cucchiai cacao
3 cucchiai zucchero
3 chiare d'uovo o più
1 po' burro
1 po' farina

Sbattere a neve le chiare d'uovo ed unire la polvere di grissini, il cacao e lo zucchero.

Ungere lo stampo con il burro, spolverizzarlo di farina, versarci il composto e far cuocere a bagnomaria finché si è rassodato.

Ci si puo' mettere sopra, prima di passarlo in tavola, una crema.
