BONET MONFERRINO 

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1/2 l latte
6 cucchiai zucchero
80 g Amaretti
1 baccello vaniglia
2 cucchiai cacao amaro
5 uova
1 bicchierino Rum

Fate bollire il latte e la vaniglia, fate caramellare un cucchiaio di zucchero in uno stampo da budino. Sbattete le uova intere con lo zucchero, pestate finemente gli Amaretti, unite, sempre sbattendo, il cacao e il Rum. Versate il latte ancora bollente, quindi mettete nello stampo e fate cuocere a bagnomaria per 20'. Fate raffreddare e rovesciate sul piatto di portata.
