Dosi per 4:

300 g sedano di Verona
2 mele
75 g nocciole

Tagliare a dadini mele e sedano, salare, unire il succo di limone e lasciare riposare per un'ora. Sgocciolare mele e sedano, pepare e aggiungere la Maionese. Cospargere con le nocciole tritate in modo grossolano e mescolare bene.
