INSALATA DI SPINACI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g spinaci
2 pomodori
300 g champignons
2 uova
4 fette pane integrale
2 cucchiai Senape
olio
aceto
sale
Pepe
aglio
Peperoncino

Pulire gli spinaci scartando le foglie più dure, metterli crudi in una insalatiera con i funghi tagliati sottili, le uova sode a spicchi, i pomodori affettati. Fare una salsa con Senape, olio, aceto, sale, Pepe e versarla sulle verdure. Friggere il pane in olio, con aglio e peroncino, tagliarlo a quadretti, versarlo sugli spinaci e servire.
