INSALATA DI SONCINO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

250 g soncino
1 carota
2 costole sedano
1 pomodoro grosso
150 g champignons
2 uova sode
succo di 1/2 limone
olio
sale
aceto

Mondare i funghi, tagliarli a fettine e spruzzarli con succo di limone. Mondare tutte le verdure e tagliarle a pezzetti Disporle in un'insalatiera insieme con i funghi e le uova sode affettate. Condire l'insalata con olio, sale e aceto.
