INSALATA AL PANGRATTATO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 cetriolo
4 pomodori
2 cipolline fresche
1 manciata prezzemolo
1 manciata pangrattato
sale
Pepe
aceto
Senape
olio

Liberare i pomodori dai semi e tagliarli a dischi insieme alle cipolline e al cetriolo. Mescolare e cospargere di prezzemolo, salare e pepare.

Far riposare per 30 minuti e cospargere di pangrattato; condire con aceto, Senape e poco olio.
