Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

1 grosso cespo lattuga
20 rapanelli
50 g grana
4--5 cucchiai olio
sale

Mondare, lavare, asciugare e tagliare la lattuga; mondare, lavare, asciugare e tagliare a fettine i rapanelli; ridurre in scaglie il grana.

Mettere tutto in un'insalatiera, condire con olio e sale, mescolare e servire
