INSALATA CROCCANTE

Ingredienti:

4

carciofi
2 finocchi
1 cespo insalata riccia
100 g grana
100 g gherigli di noci
2 limoni
olio
aceto
sale
Pepe

Mondare i carciofi, tagliarli a metà, affettarli finemente e metterli a bagno in acqua acidulata con il succo dei limoni; lavare i finocchi, tagliarli in 4 e affettarli; lavare e tagliare a listarelle l'insalata e mettere tutto in un'insalatiera.

Unire le scaglie di grana, i gherigli di noci tritati, condire con olio, aceto, sale e Pepe, mescolare e servire.
