INSALATA ALLA CONTADINA

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

200 g cipolline
500 g tonno
500 g fagioli
1 sedano intero
olio
Pepe

Riunite in una insalatiera le cipolline, il tonno sminuzzato, i fagioli, che avrete precedentemente lessato a parte, e il sedano tagliato a piccoli pezzi. Condite con abbondante olio e Pepe.

Potete servire questa appetitosa insalata come piatto base, completandola con del pane casereccio.
