INSALATA DI BRIGHI

Ingredienti:

300

g cavolo verza
300 g carote
olio
sale
aceto
1 cucchiaio zucchero
2 cucchiai Maionese

Pulite il cavolo verza eliminando le foglie esterne e tagliatelo a listarelle sottilissime; tagliate le carote alle due estremità, raschiatele, come d'abitudine e con il tritaverdure riducetele a fili sottili tipo Spaghetti. Unite le due verdure in un'insalatiera e circa 20 minuti prima di servirle conditele con una salsetta a base di olio, sale, aceto, zucchero e Maionese.
