INSALATA BELGA AL FORMAGGIO

insalata_belga_formaggio Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 cespi insalata belga
burro
aglio
spumante
1/2 dado
4 fette formaggio fondente

Tagliare a metà i cespi di insalata, rosolarli con burro e aglio, spruzzarli di spumante, insaporirli con il dado sbriciolato, coprirli a filo di acqua e cuocerli per 20' circa. Posarvi sopra le fette di formaggio, coprire e far fondere il formaggio.
