INSALATA DI ASPARAGI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g asparagi
2 patate
2 uova
10 olive verdi
1 mela
1 cucchiaio aceto
1 cucchiaio limone
3 cucchiai olio

Lessare gli asparagi, le uova e le patate e tagliarli a pezzetti.

Affettare finemente la mela. Unire le olive e condire con l'olio, l'aceto e il limone.
