INSALATA ARLECCHINO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 cespo lattuga
1 cespo radicchio rosso
1 carota
2 patate
2 uova
100 g filetti d'Acciughe
20 olive verdi e nere
1 limone
1 cucchiaio Mostarda
olio
sale
Pepe

Lessare le patate, sbucciarle e tagliarle a fettine; far rassodare le uova, sgusciarle e tagliarle a rondelle.

Lavare e tagliare la lattuga, il radicchio e la carota; tagliare a pezzetti le Acciughe e snocciolare le olive.

Mettere tutvo in un'insalatiera, condire con il succo di limone, l'olio, la Mostarda, il sale e il Pepe e servire.
