insalata_americana Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g spinaci
200 g champignon
100 g gherigli di noce
100 g bacon in una fetta Sola

Lessare gli spinaci in poca acqua salata. Tagliare i funghi a fettine sottilisime. Tagliare a dadini il bacon e friggerlo in poco olio. Riunire in un'insalatiera gli spinaci sminuzzati, i funghi, i gherigli di noce e il bacon. Condire l'insalata con olio e sale e mescolare a lungo.
