8 uova
1/4 l fra vino bianco dolce e marsala

Mettere in un recipiente lo zucchero, i tuorli, il vino e il marsala.

Cuocere a bagno maria, sbattendo in continuazione con la frusta, finché lo Zabaione prenderà consistenza.

Servire in coppa ben caldo.
