In un vaso a chiusura ermetica mettere Mezzo chilo di alcool da liquori e riempire di noccioli di pesche (che restino immersi). Lasciare in infusione per 3 o 4 mesi.

Far caramellare Mezzo chilo di zucchero con un po' d'acqua, unire all'alcool a freddo e filtrare.
