MARSALETTO

Ingredienti:

noci
1 litro vino
1 stecca Cannella
1 pizzico Chiodi di Garofano
250 g zucchero
350 g alcool

Mettere in un vaso noci, vino, Cannella e Chiodi di Garofano ed esporre al sole per 40 giorni, poi filtrare ed aggiungere, per ogni litro ottenuto, 250 gr di zucchero e 350 gr di alcool.
