Ingredienti:

foglie amarena
1/2 buccia di limone
1 litro vino
200 gr zucchero
330 gr alcool

Macerare in un recipiente di vetro foglie, zucchero, vino, buccia di limone tagliata a striscioline sottili. Agitare ogni tanto per far sciogliere lo zucchero. Dopo 45 giorni aggiungere l'alcool e lasciar stare per altri 20 giorni, poi filtrare ed imbottigliare.

Far stagionare per qualche mese prima di consumare.
