LIQUORE D'ALLORO DELLA MARISA

Ingredienti:
30 foglie Alloro
3/4 l alcool
3/4 lacqua
500gzucchero
Preparazione
  1. mettere in infusione l'Alloro nell'alcool, per 20 giorni
  2. filtrare ed aggiungere lo sciroppo ottenuto dall'acqua bollita con lo zucchero
  3. raffreddare e rifiltrare
  4. lasciare riposare per altri 15 giorni
