1alcol da cucina
1.3 lacqua
10 limoni freschi (non trattati)
  1. tagliare la parte gialla della buccia del limone (evitare di unire la parte bianca)
  2. unire all'alcol e tenere in infusione per circa 30 giorni
  3. filtrare
  4. unire a quanto ottenuto, uno sciroppo formato da acqua e zucchero
  5. lasciare raffreddare ed in infusione per una giornata
  6. filtrare un paio di volte
  7. mettere il composto (limoncello) in bottiglie e tenere in frigo/freezer
