1 chilo zucchero
un litro vino
una bacchetta vaniglia

Mettere al fuoco il vino con la bacchetta di vaniglia e con il succo dei limoni.

Quando bolle, si aggiunge lo zucchero e mescolando si fa bollire per una ventina di minuti, poi si filtra attraverso una tela e quando è freddo si mette in bottiglia.
