FRAPPE' DI ALBICOCCA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


5 albicocche mature
400 g gelato all'albicocca
150 g latte
1 cucchiaio zucchero
2 cucchiai liquore all'albicocca

Lavare le albicocche, snocciolarle e tagliarle a pezzetti. Metterle nel frullatore con lo zucchero, il gelato, il liquore e frullare fino ad ottenere un composto spumoso ed omogeneo.

Versare il frappè nei bicchieri alti e servire con cucchiaino e cannuccia.
