Dosi per 4.

Versare in un pentolino 150 g. di caffè in grani e 1 lt. di acqua fredda. Passare al fuoco e portare a ebollizione a fiamma dolce. Far sobbollire per 10 minuti. Togliere dal fuoco ed unire 100 g. di zucchero. Lasciar raffreddare rimescolando ogni tanto.

Filtrare e versare la bibita in una brocca di vetro assieme a 2 bicchierini di Brandy e 2 bicchierini di acquavite.

Far raffreddare in frigorifero per 2 ore circa prima di servire.
