Dosi per 4:
4--6 zucchine

Tagliare a fette per il lungo le zucchine. Friggerle poche alla volta in olio caldo. Sgocciolarle, metterle a strati in un piatto, cospargendo ogni strato con Menta, Basilico e aglio tritati, poco sale, un filo di olio e uno spruzzo di aceto. Lasciare marinare per 2 ore e servire.
