UOVA DI QUAGLIA AL CURRY E PAPRIKA

Ingredienti per 4 persone

20 uova di quaglia
100 g di caprino o formaggio simile
q.b. Curry
Paprika
olio d'oliva

Preparazione

  1. bollire, partendo da acqua fredda, le uova quaglia per 5 minuti max
  2. farle intiepidire, sgusciarle e tagliarle a metà
  3. mescolare i tuorli con un p? di Curry e Paprika (la quantità varia secondo piacere) ed il formaggio
  4. farcire le mezze uova e servire accompagnando (magari) un aperitivo
