Terrina_salmone Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g salmone al naturale
20 g foglie di spinaci grandi
120 g burro
30 g salmone affumicato
1 cucchiaio Pepe rosa

Lessare gli spinaci per 2' in acqua bollente e salata. Mantecare il burro con il salmone sgocciolato, il salmone affumicato tritato e il Pepe rosa. Versare il composto in uno stampo, disporvi sopra le foglie di spinaci e mettere in frigo per 30 minuti. Sformare e servire
