TARTINE AL SALMONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 fette pancarré
60 g salmone affumicato
40 g parmigiano
60 g mascarpone
8 olive nere

Tritate bene 40 g. di salmone (20 g. serviranno per guarnire) ed il parmigiano e amalgamate con il mascarpone.

Tagliate le fette di pancarrè a triangolo, tostatele leggermente e spalmatele con la crema ottenuta. Disponetele su un vassoio ed ornate con i filetti di salmone, precedentemente conservati e piccole fettine di olive.
