Dosi per 4:

8 fette pane in cassetta
100 g groviera
200 g tonno sott'olio
1 cipolla
50 g burro

Fate tostare le fette di pane e togliete intanto il burro dal frigo perché si ammorbidisca. Sminuzzate il tonno, grattugiate il groviera e tritate la cipolla. Mescolate il tutto insieme al burro e spalmate il composto sui crostini.
