Per 8--10 persone:

4 grosse patate lesse
80 g salmone affumicato
50 g Caviale nero e rosso
50 g mascarpone
30 g burro
2 gocce limone

Dividete le patate in fette alte 1 centimetro, poi con uno stampino per biscotti ritagalite tante stelline; tagliate a stelle anche il salmone che sovrapporrete ad alcune patatine.

Amalgamate il burro con il mascarpone e con il limone. Utilizzate questa crema sulle patate come base per il Caviale, da mettere sia sopra il salmone che sulle stelline semplici.
