Dosi per 4:

150 g ricotta
75 g grana grattugiato
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
3 uova

Mescolare la ricotta setacciata con il grana, il prezzemolo tritato, 3 tuorli, sale, Pepe e gli albumi montati a neve. Versare il composto in 4 stampini da creme caramel imburrati e cosparsi di pangrattato. Cuocere in forno a 180oC per 20 minuti.
