SANDWICH DI CARCIOFI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione pasta sfoglia Findus
4 carciofi
1 cipolla
olio
1 limone
1 tazza Besciamella
burro
sale
Pepe

Mondare i carciofi, tagliarli in 8 spicchi e metterli in acqua con il succo di limone. A freddo disporli in una padella con la cipolla affettata e condirli con olio, sale e Pepe. Farli dolcemente rosolare coperti finché saranno teneri. A cottura ultimata unire la Besciamella. Foderare una tortiera imburrata con un disco di pasta sfoglia, farcire con i carciofi e chiudure con un altro disco. Cuocere in forno per 1/2 ora circa.
