Dosi per 2:
30 foglie di Salvia grosse
1 uovo
60 g farina
50 cc Birra (suggerisco la Lapin Kulta, per il gusto molto leggero)
sale
olio per friggere
Montare l'albume dell'uovo con un poco di sale.

A parte mescolare bene il tuorlo con la Birra, la farina ed un altro pizzico di sale. Unire anche l'albume, ed intingervi le foglie di Salvia, lavate ed asciugate, quindi friggerle in abbondante olio bollente.Provenienza: Roberto Piola 03/12/2007
